1. These rules apply to all competitions, prize draws, promotions, giveaways and suchlike that are promoted on and run through the Coinflare official platforms (website and mobile apps) or social media channels.
2. Users must be 18 years old and above with a verified Coinflare account to participate in any Coinflare promotional activities.
3. All user’s account must be KYC verified to receive any prizes from Coinflare promotional activities. Prizes will not be disbursed to users whose accounts are still unverified at the end of the activity period.
4. Any users found to abuse, manipulate or take unfair advantage of the activities (with the intention to increase their winning chances and amount of prizes received) shall be disqualified from participating in any Coinflare activities.
5. If a user is found to be participating in any Coinflare activities using more than one account, the user’s accounts will be subjected to a consolidation exercise which may result in a permanent suspension on Coinflare.
6. All entries shall be judged or winners selected on the basis of those criteria specified on our competition/activity rules in relation to the competition.
7. Coinflare’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Prizes in cryptocurrency tokens will be disbursed via airdrop to winners’ main (spot) wallet on Coinflare. For other forms of prizes (e.g. electronics or gadgets), winners will be notified via email for delivery arrangements. If user did not respond within 30-days from the first day the email is sent, the prize shall be forfeited.
9. Prizes are not transferrable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. You warrant to us that you created your competition/prize draw/promotion and giveaway entries, that you own all of the copyright in those entries, and that our use of the entries in accordance with these rules will not infringe any person’s intellectual property rights or other legal rights.
11. You grant to us an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to copy, store, edit, distribute, transmit and publish your entries.
12. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocable and unconditionally waive your rights to be identified as the author of your competition entries and to object to any derogatory treatment of your competition entries.
13. We may undertake publicity activities relating to competitions and prize awards. The winner therefore agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of town or region of residence in any post-prize-winning publicity names, surnames, towns or regions of residence and prize details.
14. All other personal details collected as part of the competition will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
