- This campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Coinflare and is available for a limited time only.
- Participation is open to eligible users who are at least 18 years old and who comply with Coinflare’s Terms of Service and applicable to local laws and regulations.
- Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate; only main accounts qualify.
- Eligible deposits include crypto deposits from external wallets and supported fiat deposit methods; internal transfers between Coinflare accounts may be excluded.
- Only trades successfully executed and settled during the Campaign Period will be considered valid.
- Each eligible user may receive one (1) reward only, regardless of the number of accounts held.
- Eligible participants who fulfill all requirements will receive a USD $10 reward, credited to their Coinflare account after the Campaign ends.
- Reward distribution may take up to thirty (30) working days following the end of the Campaign Period.
- Users must maintain their account in good standing and comply with all platform rules until rewards are fully distributed.
- Coinflare reserves the right to verify all user actions, deposits, trades, and submissions and to disqualify any participant who provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.
- Any form of abuse, fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, multiple account registration, or other dishonest or illegal activity will result in immediate disqualification and possible account suspension.
- Coinflare reserves the right to revoke or cancel rewards if a user is found to be in breach of these Terms or Coinflare’s Terms of Service.
- Coinflare is not responsible for any loss in value of rewards between the time of issuance and withdrawal.
- All applicable taxes, fees, and expenses related to receiving or using the reward are the sole responsibility of the participant.
- Coinflare shall not be liable for any technical issues, system failures, submission errors, or delays that may affect participation or reward distribution.
- Coinflare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Campaign or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Coinflare’s decisions regarding this Campaign, including eligibility and reward distribution, shall be final and binding.
